The Council is working on the new call for tenders for air territorial continuity. Today, Councillor Barbara Manca spoke about it in the Transport Commission of the Regional Council, confirming its publication in spring, that is, six months before the current deadline.
The new system will be characterized by " a more generous sizing of seats ", that is, by " an offer in line with real demand ". This is possible because "today we can have booking data in real time, this allows us to monitor the service".
Another novelty could concern the opportunity to extend continuity also to Sardinian emigrants. "There are second-generation Sardinians, therefore not born on the Island, who however have strong ties with Sardinia, and it is right that they are equated to residents ", said the councilor.
