The sports judge of Serie B, Germana Panzironi, has disqualified ten players, all for one day, in relation to the matches of the 25th day of the championship, played last weekend. Four of them had been sent off: Giovanni Fabbian (Reggina) and Gianluca Lapadula (Cagliari), both sent off for a second yellow card, Antonio Lunetta (Sudtirol) and Shady Oukhadda (Modena).

On the other hand, the following players were cautioned and, following a yellow card, will therefore be stationary for one round: Francesco Cassata (Ternana), Woyo Coulibaly (Parma), Samuel Giovane (Ascoli), Diomande Gondo (Ascoli); Francesco Lisi (Perugia) and Francis Tessmann (Venice). The assistant coach of Venezia, Felipe Neves Godinho, will then have to serve a one-day disqualification, expelled "for having vehemently contested the refereeing work" and the manager of Reggina, Giuseppe Branca, in turn expelled for the same reason. Finally, a Reggina manager, Simone Baggio, will have to stay still until 6 March "for having, at the end of the match uttering blasphemous expressions, addressed insulting epithets to the match officials; for having, moreover, kicked in the locker room door by the Clerk of the Course and making insulting expressions to employees of the Federal Prosecutor's Office".

Two clubs, Ternana and Perugia, will have to pay a fine (three thousand and two thousand euros respectively) for the launch of smoke bombs and firecrackers on the pitch by their supporters during the derby.
