“Tax and businesses: burdens and opportunities”: the talk in the Pisano room of L'Unione Sarda

The appointment was among those scheduled by the memorandum of understanding signed by the L'Unione Sarda group with the University of Cagliari to talk about the activities and above all to raise awareness of the studies and research carried out by the university .
The objective is to transfer to local businesses what is studied in the academic field within the University.
After the first episode on "Privacy and data protection", today the second appointment dedicated to taxation and businesses.
THE GUESTS – Illustrating the topics of the talk, moderated by the editor-in-chief of the Unione Sarda Giuseppe Deiana , were Rinaldo Brau , director of the Department of Economic and Business Sciences and professor of Finance Science, Alessandro Mura and Gianluigi Roberto , professor of Business Economics , Andrea Poddighe , professor of tax law, and Paola Cogotti , regional president of the National Association of Labor Consultants.
The appointment, therefore, was an opportunity to take stock of the tax innovations that have recently come into force for companies, such as the early cross-examination, or on the innovations relating to other instruments such as the tax credit, which allow taxpayers to offset amounts owed to the State to thus capture fresh resources intended for the growth and development of companies.
Among the topics also artificial intelligence and the impact it could have on the tax system but also on companies with regards to invoicing and the quantification of revenue.
