As part of a legal battle that has been going on for years, the Civil Court of Latina has validated the tax collection of the Revenue Agency against Tiziano Ferro for a total debt of 9 million euros .

The decision of the judges, writes Latina Oggi, came on July 15 last.

The suspension of the foreclosure against the company "Tzn Srl" was therefore rejected, attributable to the singer, who would not have paid taxes (Irpef, VAT and Irap) in the period between 2006 and 2008 , when Ferro - now a permanent resident in Los Angeles - lived in London.

The singer-songwriter, 42, had opposed the foreclosure but according to the Pontine court "the conditions for the suspension of the foreclosure and the ongoing executive procedure are not recognized", is said in the magistrates' provision. This is a precautionary measure, Ferro will now be able to introduce a judgment on the merits to assert his reasons.
