For the Orobic team, a match sandwiched between the semi-final of the Italian Cup lost yesterday against Fiorentina and the quarter-final first leg of the Europa League scheduled for next Thursday.

The match will be refereed by Antonio Rapuano from the Rimini section, at Var Pairetto and Maresca. An expert referee who has been a fixture in Serie A for three years now, Rapuano has already managed Cagliari this year and has done well. He refereed the Empoli match, won by the rossoblù narrowly with a goal from Jankto, 0-1.

In his career he has managed the rossoblù three times: the first in 2015-16, in Serie B, the Sardinians won 4-1 over Trapani; the second in 2021 in Florence, ended 3-0 for the Viola; and the last one this year, precisely with Empoli.

Atalanta managed by Rapuano have played two matches: a draw 4 years ago in La Spezia and this year's defeat in Bologna.
