From May 15th, the World's Best Eco Resort, nestled in the Bellavista Natural Park, reopens its doors to numerous guests with significant new features and a vision increasingly focused on contemporary tourism. Among the major new developments for the 2026 season is the assignment of operational management to the Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group (FMTG) , an international tourism group with Italian roots. This collaboration opens a new chapter in the resort's history, aiming to strengthen the dialogue between hospitality, sustainability, and local development.

The resort is preparing to return this season with its most distinctive features: seven hotels, seven identities that create unique experiences through a close connection with nature and the sea. The restaurants are also reopening the season with gastronomic experiences that will delight the palate, ranging from international cuisine to the most authentic flavors of Sardinian tradition.

Significant renovations were completed in 2025, starting with the renovation of over 500 rooms in the Telis area, in the green heart of the resort, along with Le Ville del Parco. Among the new features is the restyling of Borgo Cala Moresca, one of the most picturesque corners of the property, where stone, arches, and juniper beams recall the timeless charm of villages overlooking the sea. Plans for an innovative future for Borgo Cala Moresca include the creation of a Falkensteiner hotel with approximately 250 rooms by 2028, which will also include Monte Turri. The latter, with its 17 iconic suites, will become the exclusive heart of the Borgo, a boutique hotel with a contemporary and captivating design.

The spirit of the Arbatax Park Resort remains unchanged, made up of enchanting locations capable of satisfying different desires: Le Dune, just steps from the sea; I Cottage, a space with two souls, close to the sea and overlooking lush gardens; the exclusivity of Le Suites, with direct access to the sea; and the elegance of Monte Turri, the resort's only Adults Only hotel.

The innovation plan will continue beyond the 2026 season: by 2027, the four hotels—Ville del Parco, Telis, Dune, and Cottage—will be unified into one enchanting entity, the future Club Funimation by Falkensteiner, which will boast 620 rooms and suites, offering guests a complete and enchanting experience.

Nothing is left to chance and the primary objective remains to progressively improve the facilities and services, in full respect of the resort's unique harmony between environment and culture.
