«We will make further assessments over the weekend, but it seems to us that we can move forward».
The regional councilor for urban planning Francesco Spanedda chooses caution after the Council of State suspended the Government Decree on renewables in the part relating to Suitable Areas, risking compromising the process started in the Regional Council of the Law of the Executive.
"From an initial check of the regulatory framework - Spanedda added - it seems to us that this novelty does not change much what we are doing". The opposition has the opposite opinion and considers the executive's provision to be now lapsed: "The Council of State certifies the death of DL 45 - according to Stefano Tunis of Sardinia at Centro 20Venti - and the poor legislative quality of the Todde Council".
