Centenarians? They are “Superstars”. Paola Pilia and Flavio Soriga know this well. Because their story, as timely as a documentary, becomes, episode after episode, a fascinating epic tale. From this evening at 9pm, on Videolina , we will listen to stories of men and women that will fill our hearts.

The journey of “Centenari Superstar” starts from Arzana . Raffaele Sestu, general practitioner for over forty years, and Gianni Pes, epidemiologist at the University of Sassari, pioneer in studies on longevity, will take stock of what is defined as the Ogliastra Blue Zone and what are the factors that have contributed to create it.

The protagonists are Attilio Stochino, 101 years old from Arzana , and Assunta Floredda, 96 years old from Villagrande , who still lead an active life, made up of daily training, healthy food and reading.
