A voucher of up to 250 euros to be allocated to young people from disadvantaged families to cover the costs of registration and attendance of sports courses.

The notice will be published by Coni and the project will have a duration of nine months. Recipients will be children between 14 and 19 years , while the municipalities concerned are those under 30 thousand inhabitants, therefore almost all, and Isee less than twelve thousand euros.

The project, the result of an agreement with the presidency of the Council of Ministers, is called Vispi (Sports registration voucher for inclusion) and was approved by a resolution of the Executive Council on the proposal of the councilor for education Andrea Biancareddu.

"The Region, through the Department of Public Education, is the first in Italy to enter into an agreement with the Youth Policy Department - explained Biancareddu - During the school period, we will give poor children the opportunity to socialize, grow and play, because after two years of pandemic our young people have suffered and have to get back to their lives ".

The resources will be provided through the Coni and will go directly to the gyms with a double result: giving work to the gyms themselves but also the possibility for children to be able to attend them.
