As reconstructed by the latest developments, the fourth episode on the adventures of Spider-Man should have been released in conjunction with the television series "Daredevil: Born Again", welcoming the red devil in the film to unite the two superheroes in an epic battle against the infamous Kingpin.

The reworkings on the project have finally brought the plot back to the infinite roads of the multiverse, and if the rumors are true, we will once again see Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield in the roles of the alternative Spider-Man, in addition to the appearance of Venom played by Tom Hardy. According to insider Daniel Ritchman, filming should begin in May of next year and end by October, allowing Holland to also participate in the following "Avengers: Doomsday". From what has emerged, the title will be placed right between the two crossovers "Avengers: Doomsday" and "Avengers: Secret Wars", thus confirming the choice of multidimensional narration. The same tipster leaked a few more details about the super villains that Spider-Man will have to face this time. It seems that Michael Keaton will return with his Vulture in a completely new version. In the meantime, in addition to the casting for Peter's new classmates, Marvel has confirmed that it wants to pair Zendaya's Mary Jane with another female protagonist: according to some rumors, it could be Felicia Hardy better known as Black Cat.

In a recent interview, Michael Keaton expressed some comments on his return to the comic book movie. Specifying that he has not yet reached an agreement with the studios, but without denying his involvement, the actor wanted to remember the pleasant sensations in the role of the charismatic villain: «That guy is an interesting character.
