Another prestigious recognition for the Trexenta agri-food sector. The goat's yoghurt from Latteria Sirigu in Senorbì obtained the special mention "Raw in Italy" for the original product based on goat's milk awarded by the Alta Etruria Chefs Association. The recognition allows the Trexenta product to be included in the catalog of "Italian Taste Excellences".

«This result represents a great motivation to continue my activity with commitment and with the aim of always improving», said the agricultural entrepreneur Mattia Sirigu, owner of the Senorbì livestock farm awarded by the experts of Chefs of Upper Etruria. The association, since 2016, organizes the event which includes events that promote the valorisation of agri-food excellence, the culture of the table and the environment, rewarding the products considered the best at a national level.

It is not the first important recognition for the young agricultural entrepreneur, who in recent weeks had received the special mention 2023 Sardinia Food Awards for the artisanal dairies category. A year ago, the cow and sheep yogurt produced in his company had won second place in the national competition of Italian agricultural dairy products. On that occasion the selection was made by the jury of experts convened by Ruminantia, a free web-magazine intended for all operators in the milk and meat production chain from ruminant farming.
