Behind every hidden talent there is a story that deserves to be told. With Spaces, an innovative project promoted by Crei Acli and funded by the Sardinia Region, young migrants find the way to build a future of inclusion and self-realization.

In a world that often looks at migrants with eyes of distrust or indifference, this project was born to respond to the risk of social and economic marginalization that threatens young people with a migrant background. Spaces is aimed at boys and girls between 15 and 23, from non-EU countries or stateless, living in Sardinia, who are looking not only for a place in society, but an opportunity to build a dignified and meaningful life.

At the heart of the project is a precise vision: every young migrant brings with him a wealth of skills and talents that often remain unexpressed. The project does not limit itself to providing practical tools to enter the world of work, but aims at something deeper: reawakening autonomy, responsibility and the ability to self-realize.

"We want the kids to be not just participants, but real protagonists of their future," explain the Acli offices in Sardinia. "Through a personalized approach and the support of experts, we help them overcome the barriers that separate them from full integration."

The activities are designed to accompany young people step by step. The reception desk offers linguistic and cultural support, with mediators who speak English, French, Arabic, Spanish and Ukrainian. Added to this are individual sessions with psychologists, who help participants discover their strengths through aptitude tests and feedback meetings. Finally, a personalized coaching program helps young people define their goals and plan strategies to achieve them, with job interview simulations and concrete support.

To participate in this initiative, you must visit the official website of the Spaces project, where you can also download the registration form in Italian, English, French, Spanish, Arabic and Ukrainian.
