Music, words, intimate narratives and a personal rock star figure. Carmen Consoli "celebrates" 25 years of career in Cagliari with a sold out evening in front of an enthusiastic audience.

Yesterday at the Teatro Massimo was staged the first of the three Sardinian stages of the tour that is depopulating in Italian theaters, "Volevo fare la rockstar".

As expected, the audience is excited by refined and engaging sounds, and a highly suggestive scenographic context between plays of light and video to accompany a performance in which lyrical moments alternate with explosions of rock energy.

The artist was greeted by continuous ovations, applause, with a standing ovation to crown a live of strong emotions.

With the highly acclaimed Marina Rei on drums and percussion (and voice) and Massimo Roccaforte on the strings, the "cantatessa" has given life to a trip in three stages, conceived as three theatrical pictures to mark significant moments of her journey, from "il I dream "of the average hysterical years" of "friendship". The songs of the new album he enclosed them in the first part, which ended with an extraordinary performance of "Volevo fare la rockstar", with its elegant nuances.

With Marina Rei, the power of rock is gaining strength, expressed in emblematic songs, including "Per Niente Stanca", "Besame Giuda", "Geisha", "Confusa e felice", "Contessa Miseria" and before that the extraordinary "Fino at the last ", almost a synthesis of the artist's multiform soul. The third scene opens with a tribute to Franco Battiato, an act of love towards the Master, culminating in a long applause. Then an anthology of his most famous songs such as "The Last Kiss", "Orange Flowers", "Orfeo", "Words of Butter". Then an encore on the notes of "Love of plastic".

Tonight we repeat and on the 8th the appointment is at the Municipal of Sassari.
