An undoubtedly original proposal, and which comes from an interesting assumption: a plate of pasta can bring well-being, not only physical but also mental . Simonetta Bazzu is convinced of this, since she deals with " pasta therapy " for work.
"Through domestic activities and a 'pasta class', the wine of eternal youth and the food of the centenarians , I created a 4-hour course aimed at the mental and physical well-being of people by putting into practice the secrets of Sardinian longevity", explains.
“My clients come from all over the world - adds Simonetta - mainly foreigners”. And his activities abroad are arousing great interest: "My work, told by the famous actor Stanley Tucci, will be broadcast on CNN this Sunday," he explains.
Simonetta's company is called " Arimani ", " yesterday " in Gallurese: a not accidental name, for an activity that "allows me to live in my land by being close to my family , but working with the whole world and above all creating induced for other young people and activities throughout the territory ".
Together with Arimani, "Vittoria Arimani" was also born, a project on young Sardinians with the aim of "putting an end to the forced flight of several generations who, for lack of prospects, are forced to go abroad to look for work".
