Seui, the country chose Ogliastra at the polls
Once the quorum was exceeded, 63 percent of those entitled to vote voted
Seui leaves the metropolitan city of Cagliari and "moves" to Ogliastra . This is the outcome of the referendum for the choice of the Province.
Practically a triumph: 63 percent of those entitled to vote voted . Of these, 481 (77 percent) chose Ogliastra while 145 opted for the metropolitan city (23 percent). A choice, therefore, by popular acclaim.
Attendance remained strong throughout the morning. Around 6pm the quorum was exceeded: 478 voters, 33 percent of those eligible as established by the municipal regulation, which reduces the quota of residents abroad. In the end, 634 people voted.
The supporters of the Ogliastra Province highlight the political, cultural and territorial continuity with that territory and therefore the need to centralize services, offices and strategies there.
