The thirtieth matchday of the Serie D championship, group G, was played today. It was a bittersweet result for the Sardinian teams, who collected four draws and one defeat.
Monastir drew 2-2 at Anzio after a hard-fought match, in which the Sardinians had twice taken the lead. Cortinovis and Pinna scored for the visitors, while Mancini scored twice for Lazio.
Cos also earned a point, held to a 1-1 draw away to Cassino. All the goals came in the first half: the home side's lead through De Marino in the 31st minute was answered two minutes later by Demarcus. Demontis also struck the crossbar.
An excellent result for Latte Dolce, who snatched a point from the battleship Nocerina at the end of a performance of great character.
Olbia could only manage a 1-1 draw in their direct clash with Real Monterotondo: the visitors took the lead in the 18th minute of the second half through Bellucci, before Putzu equalized in the 26th minute.
Budoni finally suffered a heavy defeat in their relegation clash against Valmontone. The home team took the lead in the 7th minute through Calì, but Budoni then turned the tables with goals from Ferrari (22') and Santoro (45'). However, Valmontone responded in the second half, scoring through De Silvestro (20') and Roberti (23'), sealing the win.
