In the tenth round of Serie D, Costa Orientale Sarda lost 4-2 at Albalonga. The Lazio side overtook the Sardinians and moved into third place in the standings.

The game started well for the visitors, who took the lead in the sixth minute through the usual striker Nurchi. The home side responded immediately, equalizing just three minutes later thanks to a penalty converted by Ingretolli. Albalonga then took the lead in the 37th minute, courtesy of young midfielder Succi.

In the second half, Lazio produced a deadly one-two (21' and 23'), with Persichini taking center stage: he scored a brace, the first goal again from a penalty. Sarritzu pulled one back in the 33rd minute, but it wasn't enough to get the match back on track.

For Cos, this is their first away defeat of the season in the league, which ends a positive streak of four consecutive positive results.

The other Sardinian teams will take to the field tomorrow: at 2:30 pm Scafatese–Latte Dolce, Monastir–Flaminia and Montespaccato–Budoni, while at 3 pm it will be Olbia–Ischia's turn.
