Torres will be without attacking midfielder Giuseppe Mastinu for a month, who has suffered a meniscal tear in his left knee. As the statement reads: "After the necessary tests, and in consultation with the club's medical staff, the Rossoblu captain and number 10 will undergo arthroscopic surgery."

Mastinu will therefore miss the first four league games, starting with Saturday's match against Pontedera. "Mastinu will begin his rehabilitation program, which will see him training with the team approximately 20-30 days after surgery."
