Torres completes the defensive line with the signing of Gabriele Berto , a central defender born in 2003, who played for Atalanta Under 23 last season. Berto has signed a three-year contract.

The new Rossoblu player has made 31 appearances in Serie C , Group C, with one goal and two assists. He has made 125 appearances for Atalanta, between the U23 and Primavera teams. He also boasts another solid Serie C campaign under his belt with ACR Messina, where he made 32 appearances and scored two goals in the 2022-23 season.

With the signing of Berto and the arrival of Mattia Scaringi on loan from Cremonese, the defense is complete. Now the Sassari-based team is looking for a striker.
