An important agreement was signed in recent days in Sassari between the unions Cgil Filcams and Cisl Fisascat and the companies MMF Food and Anilom 21, in the presence of the triad of Cobec insolvency practitioners.
A consequence of the opening of the envelopes, last November, for the offers relating to the sale of the company lots of the bankruptcy of the Cobec company in liquidation. Dozens of jobs are at stake in various city supermarkets which, thanks to the agreement just signed, have found some stability.
«We are satisfied - declares the general secretary of Cgil Filcams Maria Teresa Sassu - even if not completely». The MMF Food company acquires 4 sales points, namely via degli Astronauti, via Gorizia, via Baldedda and via Diaz, while Anilom 21 takes the one in viale Trento number 3.
By hiring, in the first case, 38 employees, and six in the second, chosen according to the criterion requested by the social partners, such as length of service, qualifications for permanence in the store and the requirements of the tasks. The other 18 employees of the stores in via Asproni, Carbonazzi and via Ariani in Li Punti who, for now, still report to MFF Food will be hired by the next buyers of the stores.
