Sassari, the president of the Senate Casellati at the inauguration of the new academic year

The Verdi Theater will host the inauguration of the 460th academic year of the University of Sassari. The ceremony, scheduled for Monday 15 November at 11, after the greeting of the rector Gavino Mariotti will be opened by the President of the Senate Maria Elisabetta Alberti Casellati.
Another guest from the Peninsula is the art critic Vittorio Sgarbi: he will give the laudatio of the artist Elio Pulli who will receive an honorary degree in Literature, Modern Philology and Cultural Industry, on the proposal of the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences.
Also present was the president of the Sardinia Region, Christian Solinas.
A musical moment is also foreseen thanks to the singer Maria Giovanna Cherchi, accompanied on the piano by Maurizio Bizzarro, the Tenores “Mialinu Pira” and the choir of the University of Sassari directed by Laura Lambroni.
