Sassari Metropolitan City: Lists for the second-level elections have been submitted: here are the names.
The center-left, with the addition of Forza Italia, Riformatori Sardi and Psd'Az, will face at the polls the center-right composed of Fratelli d'Italia, Sardegna al centro 20Venti, UDC/Lega, Civici and other civic lists of the territory.

The two lists that will participate in the second-level Metropolitan City elections on September 29 were presented this morning at the Provincial Palace in Sassari.
Having failed to establish a single list , the centre-left, with the addition of Forza Italia, Riformatori Sardi and Psd'Az, will face at the polls the centre-right made up of Fratelli d'Italia, Sardegna al centro 20Venti, UDC/Lega, Civici and other civic lists from the area .
"The Metropolitan City," Mayor Giuseppe Mascia stated at a press conference, "provides us with many opportunities. I asked that the Sassari City Council not appoint its own representatives and instead give a voice to the entire region."
Luca Babudieri, city coordinator of the FdI, disputes the mayor's proposal for a single list: "They were only concerned with seats, not the issues. For us, listening to the local community, including Sassari, is a priority."
