Genuine cured meats

Each cured meat is a piece of Sardinia, starting with the Campidanese Sardinian sausage, flavored pork, stuffed into natural casings, perfect for any occasion.

Its variations have a unique personality: Faccia Campidanese, with the typical aniseed; scented with myrtle, a symbol of the island; and for those who love stronger flavors, with chili pepper; the wildest flavor is found in the mixed pork and wild boar variant.

Through taste, one (re)discovers the soul of a territory: the fine “Sa Cannacca” sausage, with its small morsels tied in a necklace of lean, defatted pulp, recalls ancient customs.
