Zeddiani, flames at dawn: fear in a downtown bar

There were moments of fear this morning at the Caprice bar, in the center of Zeddiani.

A fire broke out in the warehouse when the store opened. The owner saw the smoke and immediately called the fire department.

Emergency crews arrived on the scene, extinguished the fire, and secured the building. An investigation into the cause of the fire is underway, but initial findings suggest the flames were caused by a short circuit. Carabinieri officers also attended Piazza del Popolo to conduct further investigations.
The fire caused damage mainly in the warehouse, but the assessment is still underway.
