Yet another water leak in the Latte Dolce neighborhood in Sassari . After the emergencies of recent weeks, a further critical phase was added last night with the rupture of the old pipeline in via Kennedy . For hours large jets came out of the manholes until the technicians intervened.
«It's now a problem - says Giovanni Sanna, owner of the bar in the street - They're doing some work, we understand, but it only needs to be done once. Instead they open, close and reopen continuously. The streets are a sieve ."
This was demonstrated by a ditch created in the road which was putting the suspensions of the cars to the test . Local police officers intervened and covered the hole with a sheet. Meanwhile, the exasperation of residents is growing as they should find their water supply interrupted again for a few hours.
