The 48 -year-old from Villasor was taken back to prison, entrusted on probation to the social service, responsible for numerous violations of the prescriptions established by the alternative measure which he had enjoyed after serving approximately three and a half years of prison on a 5-year sentence and 1 month.

The pile of penalties was formed for the commission of numerous scams and computer frauds . He had been selling auto parts on e-commerce sites, but hadn't delivered the goods once he received the money. And he had carried out several business burglaries , including an improper robbery. The latter fact dates back to 2018: in an attempt to defraud the director of the Superpan of Villasor, asking for funds for a non-existent sports association, he had snatched some money from his hand and fled.

Now the carabinieri have arrested him and accompanied him to Uta to serve the residual sentence.
