A 41-year-old man was arrested in Villasimius for escaping house arrest.

The Carabinieri went to the 41-year-old's house to check compliance with the requirements imposed by the Judicial Authority and found that the man had left his home. The search began immediately and the 41-year-old was found wandering around the streets of the town, about to return home.

The man was therefore arrested and, at the end of the formal procedures, taken to the Court of Cagliari for the validation hearing and the direct trial. The 41-year-old was then subjected to the obligation to remain at home and, once again, to house arrest for the crime of evasion.
