He solved nine of the ten questions and won the regional mathematics championships which were held at the university center of Monserrato.

The champion is Maicol Loi, a 14-year-old from Villaputzu who attends the scientific high school of Muravera “Giordano Bruno” (applied sciences, first class).

The young student defeated the 291 competitors from the Province of Cagliari, placing first overall. On May 25th he will play the national finals directly at Bocconi in Milan.

A great satisfaction for the student, for Villaputzu and for the teachers of the Muravera scientific high school, increasingly a school of excellence.
