A dealer from Sanluri, manager of a public establishment, was denounced by the carabinieri in Villamar for violating the environmental code, in particular for the non-compliance with regulations on waste management and illicit combustion of the waste itself.

During a patrol service, the military saw black smoke coming from the area where the 57-year-old's activity is present and verified that the man was burning about 50 kg of paper, plastics, metals, resins and other materials, which they had accumulated in recent times as waste from his professional activity, thus saving on disposal costs.

The flames were immediately extinguished by the trader himself.
