She blew out one hundred candles surrounded by the love of her family and the entire town. In Villa Sant'Antonio, a small town in the Oristano province with just over 300 inhabitants, the community celebrated the centenarian grandmother Zenobia Pinna, who reached the milestone of 100 years on April 25th.
A party was held at the town playground, where friends, relatives, and fellow citizens gathered to pay their respects. It was a special birthday, also shared with six of her nine children.
A petite but tireless woman, Grandma Pinna spent her life at Villa Sant'Antonio, always active and dedicated to caring for the home and her family. At her side was her husband Giuseppe, a sheep herder, with whom she built a life of hard work and sacrifice.
Grandma Zenobia Pinna is today one of the three centenarians in the village.
