The Tempio Tribunal has suspended and postponed the eviction of the Santa Teresina nursing home in Viddalba until October 29. The order was issued this morning, in extremis, for humanitarian reasons. The residents of the facility are all very elderly and accommodation must be found for each of them.

The eviction of 23 guests and staff was ordered by the judges a few months ago after the auction of the (seized) property was set. The custodian appointed by the Court, the Istituto vendite giustiziale di Tempio, represented by the lawyer Gian Franco Grussu, proceeded to close warehouses, offices and other service areas, while the kitchens and the halls of the nursing home were left open, in addition to the rooms of the elderly guests, of course.

The enforcement procedure does not concern the company that manages the structure, but the property owner.
