The Tempio Pausania Court, granting a request from lawyer Carlo Selis, has ordered the precautionary seizure of Olbia Calcio's assets. The order is said to be for approximately €100,000.

The lawsuit was filed by three administrative employees of the company: all are seeking payment of amounts owed for salaries allegedly unpaid in recent months. Attorney Carlo Selis declined to comment on the Tempio Pausania Labor Judge's decision.

According to recent developments , a recovery of funds from the regional contribution earmarked for Olbia Calcio could be possible. The funds available to the Gallura club amount to several hundred thousand euros and have already been partially seized by a creditor.

Currently, there are at least four other Olbia football club employees who believe they are creditors of the club.

The workers are also being represented by lawyers Luca Fischetti and Giuseppe Corda. In recent weeks, the CISL union has requested clarification on the situation of Olbia Calcio's staff.
