He allegedly abused his ex-wife and daughter when she was little more than a child. In addition to the sexual assault, there was also a long history of domestic abuse. These very serious charges have opened the doors of Massama prison for an unemployed 48-year-old . The man was arrested in recent days by the Carabinieri pursuant to a precautionary prison order signed by Judge Federica Fulgheri.

Today, the 48-year-old, represented by lawyer Fabio Costa, received a preliminary hearing: the judge upheld the prison sentence.

According to the Carabinieri investigation , the incidents date back several years. The couple had been separated for some time, and in 2024, after the unemployed man had encountered further legal troubles, his ex-wife decided to take him into her home.

After some time of relatively peaceful cohabitation, the abuse began, with constant insults, slurs, and arguments directed at the woman, even in the presence of her daughter.

However, the man allegedly went even further, engaging in sexual advances that escalated into actual abuse against both his ex-wife and the girl. The situation reportedly continued for some time, until the fourteen-year-old found the strength to reveal what she was forced to endure in that house. This was followed by a complaint, a Carabinieri investigation, and a court order for her arrest.
