The tender for almost 100 million euros for the supply of temporary workers in the Sardinian health authorities arrived on Christmas Eve: Asl, Aou of Cagliari and Sassari, Brotzu and Ares. And it is this last company, the leader, that manages the contract.
Thirteen lots (with a total value of 97 million and 723 thousand euros) for "the awarding of the service of provision of fixed-term work performances of personnel belonging to different professional roles and profiles".
The contract will last three years – starting from the date of assignment to the winning companies, scheduled for April 2025 – and the workers will cost just over 68 million euros . But the budget includes the sums for a possible six-month renewal, for VAT, for provisions and for other minor items.
The ASL of Cagliari weighs the most, with an estimated expenditure of 4,160,739.80 euros per year. The average annual cost for a staff unit is estimated at 27,551.43 euros, based on the contract applied by the Temporary Work Agencies.
