Undeclared workers in Dolianova, sanctions are triggered

Some violations were found by the carabinieri during an inspection in commercial establishments carried out by the carabinieri of Dolianova in collaboration with colleagues from Monastir and San Nicolò Gerrei and with the help of specialized personnel from Nas and Nil (Inspectorate Unit of the work) of Cagliari.
In a public exercise operating in the food sector in Dolianova , irregularities regarding hygiene and cleaning were contested, as well as non-compliance with the provisions of the HACCP self-control manual, violations for which the Nas staff of Cagliari has raised administrative fines for a total of 3 thousand EUR.
It was also ascertained that 7 workers out of the 8 checked were never hired. As a result of the high percentage of undeclared staff, the activity was immediately suspended and administrative penalties were issued for a total of about 30 thousand euros.
Further checks are still underway by the NIL on the possible receipt of citizenship income by irregular workers and their respective families.
