Two arrests after raid on drug dealing house in Iglesias

Carabinieri conducted an anti-drug operation this morning in Iglesias: two arrests (a twenty-five-year-old and a thirty-eight-year-old) , with a significant quantity of drugs seized.
The officers of the Mobile Radio unit, with the support of the Cagliari Canine Unit, searched the house used by the two suspects.
Upon seeing the officers, the 25-year-old threw a package containing 46 grams of cocaine and €5,900 in various denominations of banknotes out the window. The maneuver was thwarted by the presence of other Carabinieri officers who had positioned themselves outside.
The search operations, extended to all rooms with the help of dogs, resulted in the discovery of more drugs: the officers seized approximately 409 grams of hashish divided into several blocks, 18 grams of marijuana inflorescences, and various materials used to weigh and package the doses.
The two were arrested and taken to prison in Uta.
