They had produced and put the pasta on sale before having the authorization to do so . This is the reason that led to the seizure of 95 kilos of dried pasta in a production laboratory in Tuili and another 34 in a shop where they had been put on sale in Villamar .

The checks, carried out by the Carabinieri of the NAS and the Sanluri Company in a company that produces, packages and sells flour and dry pasta, led to the administrative seizure of 95 kg of dry pasta, divided into 190 packages, produced in a period prior to the date of notification of the start of the pasta-making activity. Another 68 packages of pasta produced by the same company were seized in the Villamar store.

Checks are also underway to trace any other sales outlets involved .
