Tropical night in (almost) all of Sardinia: there is one town with the minimum temperature at 11.7 degrees.

On yet another Sardinian night with tropical weather , Villanova Strisaili, in Ogliastra, proved to be a happy place. And cool. The minimum temperature recorded by the local monitoring station of the ARPAS (Italian National Agency for Climate and Meteorology) department stood at 11.7 degrees Celsius. At the other end of the scale, at the top for heat—combined with high humidity—is Narcao, a station in Monte Rosas, where the temperature did not drop below 27.8 degrees Celsius.
A cool night was also experienced in Gavoi (12.1), Illorai (15.5) and Giave. But there are numerous locations that did not fall below 25 degrees, with an uneven territorial distribution: ranging from Uras (26.9) to Stintino (26.3), up to Domus de Maria (25.6), Meana Sardo (25.5), Sardara (25.2), Putifigari (25.1) and Cabras (25).
The forecast for today calls for increasing heat, even moderate, in the western sector, while temperatures will be stationary in the eastern sector.
Winds: Breezy in the northwest, light or locally moderate from the east-southeast elsewhere. Then, calm overnight.
