Tragedy on the coast of Buggerru, where a 75-year-old woman died of sudden illness .

Everything happened shortly after 1pm. The woman was on the beach of San Nicolò , when at a certain point she felt faint. The emergency services were alerted by the family, an ambulance from 118 and the helicopter rescue arrived on the spot.

However , for the woman - originally from Oschiri - there was nothing to do . The medical and paramedical staff tried in vain to revive her, but in the end, the operators could not help but ascertain the death.
