Tourist falls on the path to Goloritzè: rescued by helicopter

She fell while walking along the trail to Cala Goloritzè. A 60-year-old Danish hiker suffered minor injuries in the accident this afternoon.

The woman was recovered with the winch of the Areus Echo Lima 1 helicopter and handed over to the personnel of a basic ambulance that in the meantime had reached the dirt road opposite the church of San Pietro, on the Golgo plateau.

The operations center assigned a green code to the incident, confirming that the injuries were minor. The helicopter's response lasted two hours, from departure to return to the Olbia base, where it took off.
