The 41-year-old man involved in the road accident that occurred last night in Tortolì died.

Christian Sirigu, 41, originally from Villaputzu but living in Ogliastra for twenty years, died late yesterday evening at the Brotzu hospital in Cagliari, where he had been transported aboard the Areus helicopter.

His condition, which had already appeared critical from the first moments but did not suggest a tragic outcome, worsened after he arrived at the hospital.

Sirigu lived in Girasole and worked at the Arbatax marina as a diver.
