The Frontemare kiosk-bar has been released from seizure. This was decided by the preliminary investigations judge of the Lanusei Court, Davide Quartu. In summary, according to the judge, the establishment, located on the Orrì beach, was built (1997) in compliance with urban planning regulations and since the landscape permit expired (2009), no new works have been carried out; rather, a condition of maintenance of a regularly constructed property has been verified.
The precautionary seizure, implemented last Thursday by the Arbatax Naval Section of the Guardia di Finanza, was not validated by the investigating judge. Upon notification of the judge's order this afternoon, the owner, legally represented by Vito Cofano, immediately reopened the kiosk.
In recent days, however, the same judge confirmed the seizure of the Sa Tanca club.
