Further details emerge from the investigation by the public prosecutor Alessandro Bosco into the brawl involving the Roman singer Tony Effe . The magistrate of the Tempio Public Prosecutor's Office has entered Christian Perozzi, 35, from Rome, in the register of suspects for the events of August 18, 2023 in Porto Cervo. The man was in Tony Effe's group , (Nicolò Rapisarda in the registry) who at dawn on August 18, 2023 showed up at the entrance of the Sanctuary restaurant (connected to the Sopravento nightclub) triggering, according to the Gallura Public Prosecutor's Office, the brawl involving eight people.

Last February, Christian Perozzi was sentenced by the Court of Assizes of Appeal of Rome to 11 years and eight months in prison along with other people for the murder of the musician Alberto Bonanni , who died in 2014 after 3 years in a coma. Bonanni's story is written in the documents of a long-running legal case. On the evening of June 26, 2011, the musician was beaten in the Monti district of Rome. According to the trial, among the people who attacked him with kicks and punches was Perozzi, who was arrested. On October 30, 2014, the man was sentenced for attempted murder, nine years in prison, final sentence. The sentence was served in full. But the case was reopened when Bonanni, after three years spent in hospital, died .

Perozzi was sentenced last February for voluntary homicide to 11 years and eight months in prison , the judges of the Court of Assizes of Appeal of Rome reduced the sentence compared to a previous sentence.

According to investigations by the Carabinieri of Olbia, Perozzi was one of the people that the security personnel at the Sanctuary did not want to allow into the premises.
