Thieves in Marrubiu, they dismantle the camera that films them but there is another one: reported

Two men were reported by the Carabinieri of Marrubiu for a theft in a farm.

The episode dates back to mid-December when the two, already known to the police, had entered a piece of land in the countryside and from the tool shed had taken away various materials including an emery board, cameras and two cans of diesel. When they were about to leave, the thieves had noticed the video surveillance system so, to avoid being filmed and recognized, they had taken away the camera and the modem. They had not realized that a second camera (installed outside the company) was also present and in perfect working order, directly connected to an app on the owner's cell phone.

Thanks to the application, the man was able to reconstruct the theft in real time and contribute to the immediate identification of the thieves. During the search, the carabinieri found the tools that were returned to their rightful owner.
