The arrest of a 34-year-old from Selargius, already subjected to special public security surveillance with residence obligation, was triggered.

The man, around 12.30 yesterday, had entered the Maury's store in Viale Marconi in Cagliari and had taken two screwdrivers and five electric toothbrushes, then passed the checkouts without paying and trying to escape internal surveillance. But the security officers saw him and alerted the carabinieri. Pirri's soldiers intervened on the spot and arrested the 34-year-old, who ended up under house arrest pending the very direct rite scheduled for today in Cagliari.
