Accused of impersonation, she ends up in prison.

State Police officers, working with staff from the Alghero Police Station, executed a detention order issued by the Judicial Authority against a homeless woman who had been missing for years.

The person was identified after a complex operation by State Police personnel and in-depth research.

The measure stems from a conviction for impersonation: the woman had carried out some online transactions using the personal details of a girl who had lost her identity card.

Burdened by a criminal record, including theft, after the formal notification of the documents at the local Police Station, the arrested woman was taken to prison in Sassari.
