The Amerigo Vespucci ship, engaged in the 2026 world tour-campaign in North America, returns to Cagliari and is already sold out : there are no more places available to visit the jewel of the Italian Navy that will dock at the Ichnusa pier.
The tour, announced in September 2025 by Defense Minister Guido Crosetto, is an initiative of the Ministry and the Navy, produced by Difesa Servizi spa and developed in collaboration with the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Culture, Sport, and Disability.
After a stop in Cadiz (Spain), the first stop on the return journey to Italy will be Sardinia: from 13 to 15 September, the Italian Navy Training Ship will be docked in Cagliari.
During its stop in Cagliari, the Vespucci will be open to the public on the afternoons of September 13th and 14th. However, reservations are no longer possible on the dedicated website.
