The truce has already ended at Brotzu. The RSU (union representative) has addressed the commissioner: "Huge critical issues, it's time to intervene."
Too much overtime, staff shortages, non-existent parking, and much more: a long list of requests for intervention addressed to Maurizio Marcias.Per restare aggiornato entra nel nostro canale Whatsapp
The hopeful truce is over , and the Brotzu RSU is launching an attack against Special Commissioner Maurizio Marcias. For now, the executive committee of the joint union representation (with Mariano Vargiu and Gianfranco Angioni ) is requesting an urgent meeting. But tensions at Sardinia's largest hospital appear set to escalate.
A weighty document sent two days ago lists the "serious organizational and relational criticalities" between management and worker representatives.
The problems are: staff shortages in healthcare, technical, and administrative roles , the forced recovery of meal vouchers (with sudden pay cuts), the reopening of parking lots, the reorganization of the surgical sector in Businco and San Michele, the failure to pay technical incentives, overtime on healthcare staff shifts, with systematic exceeding of contractual limits. And others, all listed in detail.
"These situations are no longer tolerable," the accusation is made, "and demand concrete, transparent, and shared responses."
