The pressure on hospitals is still growing on the island: employment by Covid patients in the wards is at 20%

The occupancy of seats in non-critical area wards by Covid patients is growing again in Sardinia.

According to Agenas data, the rate is growing at 20% (+ 1%), while the situation in intensive care remains stable at 9%.

Nationally, the value remains stable at 13% in "non-critical" areas, with data growing in Calabria (29%), Campania (14%), Liguria (16%), Lombardy (8%), Marche ( 16%), Molise (14%), Sardinia (20%), Sicily (23%), Tuscany (13%), Umbria (25%).

Intensive employment is also stable at 5% nationally, while it is decreasing in Puglia (5%) and growing in Basilicata (3%).
