The Olbia Tempio chapter of the AIGA flies to Rome to participate in the sixtieth anniversary celebrations of the Italian Young Lawyers Association, scheduled for tomorrow and the day after tomorrow at Montecitorio. Represented by President Arrigo Delaria and Vice President Laura Meloni, the Gallura chapter of the AIGA has convened in the Chamber of Deputies' Parliamentary Groups for the inaugural session of the anniversary. The session will open with institutional greetings from the highest levels of the legal profession and will continue with remarks by, among others, Deputy Minister of Justice Francesco Paolo Sisto and AIGA National President Luigi Bartolomeo Terzo. The "Sixty Years of Ideas and Representation of Young Lawyers" will be the focus of the thematic roundtables dedicated to access to the profession, professional dignity, fair compensation, training, dialogue between the legal profession and the judiciary, and the role of AIGA in representing the legal profession. These will be held the following day at the Antonianum Auditorium. Numerous past AIGA national presidents, who have led the association over the past decades, will speak, offering reflections on the association's key struggles and the future prospects of the legal profession.
"Participating in the AIGA 60th anniversary celebrations at the Chamber of Deputies' Parliamentary Groups Hall is a source of particular pride for our Section. Being present at an event of this caliber, which brings together the highest institutions of the State, the judiciary, and the legal profession, means contributing to the debate on the future of the profession and strengthening the connection between our region and the national dimension of the association," comments Delaria. "Participation in such a prestigious national event is an important opportunity for associational and professional growth. AIGA's sixty years represent a legacy of ideas, values, and commitment that continues to look to the future. For our Section, it is essential to be present in the places where the dialogue between institutions and the legal profession is built, also bringing the input and needs of young local professionals," adds Meloni.
